Payment

How is the payment made?
If you click on [make payment] button after selecting the desired certificate, the Toss Payments electronic payment window appears.

The payment can be made by credit(check) card in corresponding payment window, and name may differ from the payer when making payment.

However, accout transfer/deposit payments are impossible.
Information has not been entered while making payment.

Where can I print the payment receipt?
You will receive a certificate of payment and a receipt at the e-mail address you entered when applying for your certificate.

If you have not received the receipt, you can obtain a receipt from [Check your payment history] at the top after accessing https://www.tosspayments.com.
It immediately does payment cancellation after payment, and says it have been returned.

If you have not received the receipt, you can obtain a receipt from [Customer Support] - [Transaction Details View] at the top after accessing http://ecredit.uplus.co.kr.
I would like to get a refund for paid certificate.
If there is a problem with the contents of the certificate or if there is a clear reasons for refund, the complainant can request a refund within 30 days from the date of payment.
However, refund due to simple mind change or user error is not possible.

Please provide the name of the certificate to be refunded (if you have applied for multiple times, together with the number of the payment), and an error in the 1: 1 consultation bulletin board.

Applications within business hours will be handled immediately and applications after business hours will be processed after the start of next business day.
(Business hours: Weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 (excluding lunch time))

In case of a refund, the certificate will be canceled immediately and can not be used.
How long does the refund process take?
Depending on your payment method, the refund processing method / period will vary.


It takes about 1 ~ 7 days depending on the card issuer from the date of the refund request.


If the payment is made in this month, the refund will be processed immediately. If the payment is made in the previous month, the refund will be deposited into your account on the 10th day of the following month.
(Ex) If you made a payment on May 25th, you can request a refund until June 24th and it will be deposited to your account on Jul 10th.

Certificate Request

The grade is not reflected in the certificate of completion.
The completed school year is not yet registered in the school system.
Please contact the school if you are curious about, when the changes will be reflected on the computer.

I would like to issue a certificate of final academic achievement.
Generally, the 'Certificate of Final Education' is collectively referred to as the certificate to certify the final academic ability. Therefore, according to your final education level, you can get the certificate as below.

- Graduates: Graduation certificate or diploma (certificate) certificate
- Completed students: Certificate of completion
- Enrolled students: Enrollment certificate
- Students on leave: Certificate of absence or certificate of enrollment
- Person who has suspended stuies due to dropping out/leaving school: Explusion certificate

I am currently in leave of absence state, but when requesting for certificate of enrollment, it returns.
While on leave of absence, it is impossible to issue the certificate of enrollment, therefore, you have to issue leave of absence certificate.
However, if it is not leave of absence certificate but if you would like to prove that you are registered to the school, it is possible to issue a enrolled certificate, so please check whether it is possible to issue with the Univeristy.

I would like to get a master's or doctoral degree certificate, but I only see a bachelor's degree certificate.
If you have multiple student numbers, you must obtain a certificate by classifying your degree by student number.
After logging in, when the 'User Information Confirmation' page displays, please enter the student ID number of the desired degree.
(Ex) If you want to obtain a master's degree certificate, enter your master's student number
Is it possible to request for 24 hours?
Yes, it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

However, if there is a temporary error in the school server check or issuance program, there are cases that it may delay the issuance or cause inaccesibility to the site.
Can I request for the certificate by phone?
Phone request is impossible.

After you authenticate yourself, you can log in as a member or non-member and request for a certificate by yourself.
Is there any other way to get an issue besides internet / mobile issue?

I am a freshman. Can I get a certificate
New students can only issue a part of the certificate related to the study after the beginning of the course.

Please contact the school directly because the types of certificates that can be issued at each school are different from when they can be issued.

There is no certificate of payment of educational expenses, certificate of expected graduation, etc.
Certificates can only be issued online from the list of certificates visible after logging in.

I want to get the original certificate. How do I know if my certificate is original?
Based on 「Framework Act on Electronic Document and Electronic Commerce」, 「Digital Signature Act」 and relevant Act, all the certificates that are issued through Skku Center enables safe use, as it is a certificate that has orifinal effect by applying latest technology such as fogery protection solution.

Please make sure that the certificate you receive shows the school mark, seal (or signature), document identification number, and so on.
Can I match with the original certificate? Is it possible to verify authenticity?
It is possible to check the original by the document identification number on the upper left of the certificate.
Please use the [Authenticity Verification] menu.

Preview/print

Is it possible to preview and print from mobile (smartphone)?
Through [skku] application, you can process up to certificate issue and preview.
Download the application after searching for 'skku Center' in Google(Android) or Apple(iOS) App Store. If you would like to print, please use the PC that is possible to print.
I haven't printed after payment, but there are no documents in my storage. It's been 30 days since the issue date.
Issued certificate after payment, will be kept in [Certificate Storage] for 30 days. After the storage period has elapsed, it will no longer be available for service.
I have not printed, but as it says print completed in the storage, I can not print any more.
If there is an error in the printing and if normal printing is impossible, it is possible to reissue it 'within 30 days after payment'.

Does it print only once?
Yes, it prints only one time per certificate.
If there is an error in the printing and if normal printing is impossible, it is possible to reissue it 'within 30 days after payment'.
It is printing in black. I would like to print in color.
Proceed to [Test Print] at the bottom of the screen to confirm that the printer is capable of color print.
If the color printout does not work during test printing, check the ink status.
If you are printing a test print, proceed to 'Printer Properties' in the following order.

1) Go to [Control Panel]> [Printers and Faxes] or [Devices and Printers]> right-click of the mouse on the corresponding printer driver> [Printing Properties]> [General tab]> 'Printing Preferences' > Color Confirmation

2) Go to [Control Panel]> [Printers and Faxes] or [Devices and Printers]> right-click of the mouse on the corresponding printer driver> [Printing Properties] > 'Print as default'> Color Confirmation

The case of going to the manual installation page after installation
1.After all browsers are closed, Control Panel -> Uninstall Programs - Please remove the module MarkAny Inc e-PageSafer V2.5 NoAX (Report) and install again.
2.If you use an Internet Explorer, try accessing the site through another browser such as Chrome, Fire Fox, or Opera.
3.Please go to Internet Options on the Internet Explorer, "Reset all zones to default level" on the Security tab and "Reset" on the Advanced tab and re-install.

The case of going to the manual installation page after installation
It is not possible to capture Preview screen.e-PageSafer includes a module called Image-Safer which serves as a capture protection to prevent data leakage.
The certificate preview window grayed out in VDI and remote environment.
It is not provided preview, but print is possible via the print button.The Image-Safer module is blocking the preview screen because there is a risk of data leakage through capture on the local PC after remote site connection and VDI environment.
Appear the message of 'Incompatible process is running' in the certificate preview window.
After you find the specific process in Task Manager and stop the task, it will work normally.

Is it possible to save the certificate as PDF?
It is not possible to Save as a PDF file.It is not possible because it can be forged when it is saved as PDF file.
Appears the message of 'Not supported: Virtual printer' and 'Not supported: Shared printer'.
It is not supported Virtual printers and shared printers due to security risks when printing Internet issuance documents. Please use a local printer or an IP-based network printer connected directly to your PC

Go to Markany Homepage (http://www.markany.com/), click on Support on the upper right corner of the homepage, go to Customer Support, click on the printer update in the red box and install

Appears “Not support: No port printer" when certificate is printing.
When it appears the 'Not supported' printer even if the port of printer is set to 'File', 'COM', 'PDF', the 'Print' button is disabled. Please follow the steps below.
① Go to Control Panel
②Click the Devices and Printers button.
③ Click the right button of mouse, open the "Printer Properties".
④ Check the port after selecting the "Ports" tab on "Printer Properties".
When the certificate is printed out, the certificate contents are missing on the print paper.

2D barcode does not appear when certificate is printing

You can use the fax transmission function in [Certificate Storage] by receiving your own certificate.

Digital Certificate

What is the difference between the [Certificate Issuance service] and the [Digital Certificate service]?
Since both certificates are original certificates, you can freely choose the service according to the purpose of issuance and the method of submission.

[Certificate Issuance] is a service that prints directly by yourself with paper, and [Digital certificate] is a service that downloads the certificate files directly.
Is the digital certificate original?
Yes, the digital certificate is the original.

However, since the printout is a copy, if you need a paper certificate, please use the [Certificate Issuance] service to obtain a certificate.
How is the certificate fee different?
The digital certificate service fee includes a certificate fee (a fee charged by the issuer (school), 500 KRW per case), and an digital certificate issuance fee (a fee charged when issuing an digital certificate, 250 KRW per case).

* Certificate fee (500 KRW) + Digital certificate issuance fee (250 KRW) = A total of 750 KRW per digital certificate issuance.
How do I install a dedicated PDF viewer and a verification program for certificate verification?
What is 'Time Stamp Seal' stamp mark?
The 'Time Stamp Seal' stamp mark is applied with a time stamp (time stamp mark) solution, indicating an electronic technology to prove (proof of existence) that an electronic document was present at a specific time, and to prove (proof of contents) that the data has not changed since that time.

Timestamps are a solution based on electronic signature Act, which allows the authenticity of electronic documents to be legally recognized.
How does the 'Time Stamp Seal' stamp mark (timestamp) change when verifying the certificate?
Before/after certificate verification, the 'Time Stamp Seal' stamp mark(timestamp mark) at the top right of the certificate varies depending on the modulation and expiration status.

- Authenticity : If the certificate of issuance remains valid, the phrase "VALID"
                     will be marked on the stamp mark.
- Expiration : If the expiration date of the certificate of issuance has passed,
                     the phrase "EXPIRE" will be marked on the stamp mark.
- Modulation : If the issuance certificate is altered and is not the original, the phrase
                     "INVALID" will be displayed on the stamp mark.
- Before verification : If a verification program is not installed, no phrases are
                             marked on the painting mark. In this case, a dedicated PDF
                             viewer and a program for verification are required to be
                             installed.

Is it possible to verify the digital certificate (original verification) even with the verification code number?
There are two methods for verifying the certificate as follows. Only one of the two verification methods can verify authenticity and originality.
- Verification Code Number : Verification available for both general print certificates and digital certificates.
- ‘Time Stamp Seal’ stamp mark(time stamp mark) : It is possible to verify after installing a dedicated PDF viewer and verification program as an digital certificate verification method.

When verifying with a ‘Time Stamp Seal’ stamp mark(time stamp mark), the installation of the program for digital certificate verification is not smooth, so 'There is an error in the signature.' Such statements may be checked, but if the Verification code number is verified through the authenticity confirmation page, there is no problem in authenticating the original certificate.

I have changed my name.
After renaming, please check the following two items in order to use Internet certification service.

First, change the registered name of the school to the renamed name

Second, you can sign up with your renamed name (iPhone or mobile phone with your own name)
